Customer Service Excellence: NIMB
Deerwalk Training Center successfully conducted a Customer Service Excellence Training for the representatives of Nepal Investment Mega Bank Limited, led by Neeru Duggal. The session was highly engaging, interactive, and focused on building practical skills to enhance customer experience and service quality.
Throughout the program, participants were introduced to modern customer service principles, emphasizing empathy, active listening, effective communication, teamwork, managing frustration, and time management. The training incorporated real-life scenarios, role-playing activities, and group discussions, allowing participants to understand customer expectations and develop solutions-oriented approaches in handling diverse service situations. A key highlight was its practical orientation, where participants actively engaged in exercises to strengthen problem-solving skills, maintain professionalism under pressure, manage difficult interactions, and improve service delivery at every customer touchpoint ultimately creating positive and lasting impressions that enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
The session further reinforced the importance of a customer-centric culture within the organization. Deerwalk Staff Picnic 2026: Building Connections
The staff picnic was organized by Deerwalk on 28 March 2026 at Selfie Danda, Siddhalek, Dhading, bringing together representatives from various Deerwalk institutions including Deerwalk Sifal School, Dhading School, Pokhara School, Bharatpur School, DWIT College, and Deerwalk Compware. The picnic was organized at the scenic and peaceful environment, the event provided a refreshing break from daily routines, allowing participants to enjoy nature, engage in recreational activities, and share meaningful interactions in a relaxed atmosphere.
The picnic also played a key role in strengthening collaboration and communication among staff members from different institutions. Through informal conversations and shared experiences, participants built stronger connections and a greater sense of unity.
