HR Engagement Monthly Session
On May 31st, our company had the privilege of hosting an HR Engagement session with IT Sutra. This event provided valuable insights into HR management, resume crafting, and interview manners, essential for enhancing our HR practices.
Aakash Aacharya (HR Manager), Sarin Devkota (Talent Acquisition), and Arjun Gharti Chhetri (HR Professional) shared IT Sutra's innovative HR strategies. They highlighted the importance of continuous employee development, work-life balance, and an open feedback culture.
The session underscored the necessity of clear communication, transparency, and proactive engagement with HR, which are crucial for building strong professional relationships. Over 50 participants from various faculties, interns, and offices actively participated, enriching the discussion with diverse perspectives and experiences. Their engagement added depth to the conversations, reflecting a collective commitment to improving HR practices across different departments and levels within the company.
One of the most valuable parts of the session was the detailed guidance on crafting effective resumes. The IT Sutra team emphasized tailoring resumes for each job, using a clear format, and highlighting quantifiable achievements. They also stressed the importance of relevant keywords and professional formatting.
Additionally, the session provided essential interview tips, such as being punctual, dressing appropriately, and maintaining professionalism. They emphasized thorough preparation, effective communication, and following up with a thank-you note. We extend our gratitude to the IT Sutra team for their expertise. The insights gained from this session will significantly contribute to our efforts to foster a more productive and supportive work environment.
